Performance Improvement for Industry (PII) is a Canadian company that provides Technical Support and Performance Consulting services. Based in western Canada, PII assists clients in creating and implementing site specific plans for improving the skills of plant personnel that result in the improved overall performance of the facility. Using real time process and operational observations combined with classroom and on the job training, supported by accurate, concise and clear operating procedures, we improve the knowledge and capabilities of our client’s personnel. The end result of our efforts is that our client’s experience higher uptime, safer operation, less scrap, increased overall productivity and an improved bottom line for the facility. We also provide documentation and other supporting services that assure our client’s facilities are operating and being maintained based on the latest and best information available. Our goal is to have client’s plants operate at their peak 24/7. While we serve all industrial based clients, we have very significant experience in the oil sands, oil and gas, paper and pulp, wood products, energy and power production and food industries.
