The goal of the Petroleum HR Council is to develop a sustainable, skilled and productive oil and gas workforce. We proactively seek solutions through collaborative partnerships; anticipate the evolving needs of the industry; and are a catalyst for change. We accomplish this by:
• Collaborating with partners to develop strategies, solutions, products and services to address the industry’s short-, medium-, and long-term workforce issues.
• Facilitating the exchange of ideas and information to promote an understanding of, and responsiveness to, industry workforce issues.
• Providing industry-related HR information, and using our expertise to increase the profile of the industry and its career opportunities.
